Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the 2Next studio. By creating an account or publishing content, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 2Next ("the Service"), registering an account, or scheduling content across connected platforms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent to these Terms.

2. Third-Party Social Media Platform Compliance

2Next provides automation and scheduling tools that interact with third-party social media APIs. As a user of 2Next, you agree to strictly comply with all underlying platform policies:

  • YouTube: You agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
  • Meta: You agree to comply with the Meta Community Standards, Instagram Community Guidelines, and Commercial Terms.
  • LinkedIn: You agree to abide by the LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.

2Next is not responsible for penalties, shadow-bans, or account suspensions imposed by third-party social networks resulting from violations of their respective terms.

3. Content & Acceptable Use Policy

You maintain sole legal ownership and copyright responsibility for all text, titles, videos, and images transmitted through 2Next. You agree that you will NOT use the Service to:

  • Distribute spam, automated bulk harassment, phishing campaigns, or deceptive promotional material.
  • Upload or broadcast copyright-infringing audio, video, or intellectual property without proper license or fair-use justification.
  • Publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit vulnerabilities in our publishing infrastructure or API endpoints.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 99.9% scheduling reliability, 2Next shall not be held liable for delayed, failed, or cancelled posts caused by third-party API downtime, network outages, token expirations, or platform policy rejections.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to 2Next for accounts found to be abusing API quotas, spamming automated endpoints, or violating third-party social network policies. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your channels and requesting account closure.
