1. Information We Collect
When you use 2Next, we collect only the information necessary to provide seamless multi-platform publishing, scheduling, and analytics services:
Account Credentials: Name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided through Firebase Authentication or Google Sign-In.
Social Media OAuth Authorizations: Limited-scope access tokens for connected accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) facilitated through secure gateway protocols.
User Content & Media: Videos, images, titles, captions, and scheduling preferences submitted for publication.
Performance Metrics: Public engagement analytics (views, likes, comments, impressions, and demographic aggregates) retrieved from platform APIs to populate your dashboard.
2. Third-Party Platform API Compliance
2Next adheres strictly to third-party developer policies:
Google & YouTube
Our application uses YouTube API Services. By using our YouTube integration, you also agree to the Google Privacy Policy. We do not sell YouTube user data or use it for advertising targeting.
Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
Meta data is accessed strictly within the scopes granted during OAuth (pages_manage_posts, instagram_content_publish). Tokens are stored in encrypted server-side storage and revoked upon disconnect.
3. Media Storage & Lifecycle Policy
We treat your media assets with strict lifecycle management:
Media binary files (videos, images) are never stored permanently inside our primary SQL database.
Temporary media uploaded for scheduled publishing is stored in encrypted object storage only until all destination platforms verify publication.
Once published, temporary media references are purged according to our automated lifecycle cleanup jobs.
4. AI Caption Generation & Data Usage
When you use our integrated AI Assistant (powered by Google Gemini), the prompts, captions, and requested tones are processed in real-time to return suggested variations and hashtags. Your private media content and unpublished post ideas are not used to train public foundation models.
5. Data Deletion & Disconnecting Accounts
You maintain complete ownership of your data at all times:
Account Disconnection: You can disconnect any social network anytime via the Accounts tab. This immediately purges associated access tokens from our publishing gateway.
Post Deletion: Deleting a campaign from 2Next removes all database records and calls the respective platform APIs (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) to unpublish the live post.
Complete Account Purge: You may request full account deletion by contacting us, which will purge your user record, campaign history, and media references within 7 business days.
